According to the given driven component journeys speed rate coefficient, it has many method to design the crank- rocker mechanism. This calculating method is very complicate. The paper introduces a new calculation process of crank - rocker mechanism which is deduced with its theory and geometry axiom. The software using C language program is developed to help design this machinery.
