格尔木炼油厂由于加工原油性质的变化以及高寒地区每年都要停工几个月的特点,设备腐蚀问题比较突出。为了解决低温部位局部腐蚀日趋严重的问题,2003年1月,在冷凝冷却系统腐蚀较严重的常压装置钢制冷却器(L104)、气分系统(E204)及催化裂化装置(E204)等设备中进行了多种材质现场挂片试验,并采用了洛阳石油化工工程公司工程研究院研制的渗铝钢换热器管束。实验表明:渗铝钢的耐蚀性能与18-8型不锈钢相当,远优于碳钢;渗铝钢换热器管束有良好的防蚀、阻垢效果,可明显提高换热器的传热效率。
Outstanding corrosion occurs on the equipment of Geermu Refinery due to the necessity that the refinery has to be shutdown for several months because of the high elevation and low temperature conditions of the refinery site and frequent variation of the refinery feed. To tackle the corrosion problem, of the low-temperature sections, coupon testing of multiple metallurgies was conducted in Jan. 2003 in the cooling and condensation systems like steel cooler (L104) of atmospheric distillation unit, and heat exchanger (E-204) in LPG fractionation unit and heat exchanger (E-204) in FCCU, and Al-diffusion carbon steel tubes provided by the Research Institute of Petrochemical Engineering Technology/LPEC were used for the heat exchangers. The commercial demonstration shows that the Al-diffusion carbon steel offers a corrosion resistance equal to that of 18-8 stainless steel and it is much more superior in resisting corrosion than carbon steel. In addition, the good corrosion and fouling resistance can greatly increase the heat transfer efficiency of the heat exchangers.
