过去,我们曾对白内障术前及白内障囊内摘除术后不同时期的角膜前表面曲率半径(下称曲率半径)、角膜屈折力(下称屈折力)及角膜散光(下称散光)等做了统计分析,并提出了我们的初步见解。本文对15例15只眼后房型人工晶体植入术PCIOL 和对照组20例20只眼囊外摘除术的术后不同时期的角膜曲率半径、屈折力及散光进行了动态观察。本文报告两组的随访观察结果,并就减少PCIOL
This article has compared two groups of operation's result of these the redius of anteriorcorneal curvature,refractive power and its astigmatism of 15 cases (15 eyes) of PosteriorChamber Intraocular Lens (PCIOL) with those of 20 cases (20 eyes) Extracapsular CataractExtractin (ECCE).Results show:1.The most obvious change of the redius of anteriorcorneal curvature and its refractive power of all cases are in the early period and become from3—6 months after operation.2.The astigmatism of PCIOL is larger than ECCE afteroperation.3.Almost of all cases are astigmatism the rule in early period post—PCIOL,after3—6 months astigmatism against the rule is predominant.4.The astigmatism of PCIOLgroup is significantly different between preoperation and 6 months after operation (P<0.05).The article also has discussed the problem how to reduce the astigmatism afterPCIOL.
