摘要
眼球钝伤引起的睫状体脱离可致持久的低眼压、浅前房及视网膜水肿和黄斑部皱褶等导致视功能受损。多数病例药物治疗无效。因前房浅、眼压低,检查房角时不易发现睫状体离断处,故手术治疗效果不理想。我们自1987年8月至1991年12月观察治疗43例。
43 patients with traumatic ciliary body detachment were observed and treated.20 caseswere operated,the successful rate being 100%,Among non-operative cases (23),9 casesrestorated naturally during one month after trauma.The author suggested that the operativechance be chosen early,if medical treatment at least one month was not effective.The mechnism of traumatic ciliary body was also studied on experimentail hypotonyduring to cyclodialysis in rabbit.The experimental results show that the epithalum of ciliarybody is not significantly atrophy,hypotony is caused by forming a new communication whichcorrespounds with the results of all cases cured in clinic.
