摘要
目的本研究对应用纯相β-磷酸三钙(Cerasorb)治疗牙周炎角形骨缺损的疗效进行了观察。方法选择5例牙周炎患者的12处角形骨吸收位点植入纯相β-磷酸三钙,于治疗前、治疗后3个月、6个月,进行了探诊深度、附着丧失、出血指数及定位根尖片的检查,对各指标的变化进行了比较。结果植入骨粉后3个月、6个月,牙周探诊深度、附着丧失水平及出血指数均较基线有明显改善(P<0.001),但3个月与6个月各指标无明显统计学差异。骨量变化指标在术后6个月时较基线有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论应用纯相β-磷酸三钙治疗牙周炎角形骨缺损具有较好的疗效。
Objective To evaluate the treatment effects of periodontitis alveolar bone resorption using pure-phase (3-tricalcium phosphate (Cerasorb) bone graft. Methods Twelve alveolar angular bone resorption sites from 5 perodontitis patients were selected. Clinical examinations including probing depth, attachment loss, bleeding index, and standardized reproducible periapical films were taken before the bone graft treatment. Examinations were also done at 3 months and 6 months after treatment. The data was analyzed by various statistical tests. Results After the bone graft treatment, probing depth, attachment loss, and bleeding index were all significantly improved at the 3 and 6 month examination marks compared to the baseline ( P = 0. 001). There were no statistical differences between 3 and 6 months in the clinical findings. The amount of alveolar bone was significantly increased in 6 months after the bone graft treatment ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion The treatment of periontontitis alveolar angular bone resorption with pure - phase (3 -tricalcium phosphate demonstrates a satisfactory clinical outcome.
