摘要
从润滑油理化指标及机理等方面对螺杆式压缩机润滑油失效的原因进行了分析, 采用国产双酯型合成油替代原来的矿物型油, 解决了压缩机由于润滑油积碳而导致的故障问题。
The reason was analyzed from lubricant physical & chemical index and its lubrication mechanism for the invalidation of lubricating oil in screw-air compressor.Adopting diester oil produced in domestic to substitute the original mineral oil,the failure caused by lubricant carbonization was resolved.
