摘要
晚期绒癌脑转移为恶性滋养细胞肿瘤死亡的主要原因之一。我院1972年～1988年共收治绒癌363例,其中伴脑转移者23例,发生率为6.3％,死亡率极高。本文介绍了脑脊液作hCG测定,以早期诊断,尽早用足量化疗结合鞘内注射Mtx,并配合免疫化疗可提高完全缓解率和延长生存期。
Advanced choriocarcinoma with brain metastasis is one of the causes of death in malignant trophobastic tumor.Three hundred and sixty three cases of gestational choriocarcinoma were treated in our hospital from 1972 to 1988.Twenty-three cases(6.3%)had brain metastasis.The mortality was very high.It is concluded that assasy of HCG in central cerebral fluid is helpful for early diagnosis.Intravenous immunochemotherapy combined with intrathecal MTX can inprove remission and survival rate.
