摘要
在超高压变电站,使用IEC 60870-5-103传输规约进行控制系统与各厂家微机保护设备之间的通信接口,是势在必行的。本文从控制系统的角度,提出了怎样规范使用103规约的主要应用功能;并且采用状态控制字的办法来解决103规约通信接口软件开发中,应用功能的复杂流程处理问题,在实际应用中收到了很好的效果。
In UHF substations it is imperative to apply the IEC 60870-5-103 transmission protocol to connect the control system with communication interfaces of microcomputer based protection devices manufactured by various producers. From the viewpoint of control system, the author pointed out how to normatively adopt the main application functions of IEC 60870-5-103 transmission protocol and it is proposed to process the complex flow of the application functions during the development of the software for communication interfaces based on IEC 60870-5-103 transmission protocol by status and control words. In practical application the proposed method obtained good results.
