：本文论述了水工建筑物设计软件开发的目的和应用，以及该项目总体方案的创新点和先进性，并且介绍了软件的适用性和使用方法，以及推广应用的前景。
This paper discusses the application and purpose on the development of designing software of the hydraulic buildings, the creativity and advancement of the general plan. It also introduces the suitability and using method of the software, and its prospect of popularization and application.
