摘要
报告375例(424眼)老年性白内障行白内障囊外摘除同时植入后房型人工晶体手术。术后矫正视力达0.5以上者占92.69%。瞳孔改变是术后的主要并发症,晶体后囊混浊是术后视力不良的主要因素,最严重的并发症为感染性眼内炎,提示熟练的手术操作,术中使用Healon 以及给病人宣传术后护理知识均为减少并发症发生的有效措施。
375 patients with senile cataract (424eyes) were performed extracapsular cataractextraction with posterior chamber lensimplantation.Postoperative corrected visualacuties were achieved 0.5 or better in92.69% of the eyes.The pupil modificationswere most common complication.The maincaase of poor of vision were the opacity ofposterior capsular of lens.The severecomplication were infections endophth-ahlmitis.
