环境高温对肉用种公牛精清生化指标的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 用利木赞种公牛和夏洛来种公牛各 5头为试验牛 ,研究高温对其精清生化指标的影响。结果表明 :①夏季高温使肉用种公牛精清睾酮含量下降 ,显著低于春季、秋季和冬季 (P <0 .0 5 )。②夏季精清钠、钾、钙含量最低 ,分别为 83.12 ,18.77和 4 .6 3mmol/L ;精清磷含量夏季最高 ,为 4 .6 5mmol/L ,显著高于春季、秋季和冬季 (P <0 .0 1)。③肉用种公牛精清酸性磷酸酶 (ACP)在夏季含量最高 ,显著高于春季、秋季和冬季 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;精清碱性磷酸酶 (ALP)在夏季含量为 1784 .3U/L ,显著高于春、秋两季 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但低于冬季 (P <0 .0 1)。
