摘要
目的防止病人在手术中发生低体温现象,保证手术顺利进行。方法手术中适时调节室间的温度,根据病人的生理、病理特点,麻醉方法和手术等采取相应的措施进行保暖。结果手术病人在手术中没有发生低体温现象。结论重视术中低温引起的不良后果,加强责任心,积极采取防范措施,有针对性地根据病人的生理、病理特点,采用相应的防范措施,能保持术中病人体温正常,避免出现低体温现象。
Objective To prevent the occurrence of hypothermia during operation and ensure that the operation was performed successfully. Method During the operation, the temperature of operating room was regulated promptly according to the physiological and pathological conditions of patients, the methods of anesthesia and operation methods. Result Hypothermia of the patients did not occur during the operation. Conclusions The adverse effects caused by hypothermia during the operation must be seriously taken care of. The medical staff should be responsible to take preventive measurements on the basis of the physiological and pathological conditions to avoid the occurrence of hypothermia during the operation.
