摘要
应用屈肘牵引法整复治疗小儿肱骨远端全骺分离 16例。结果 :骨折均于 4周达临床治愈 ;随访 5个月至 2年 ,疗效优 6例 ,良 4例 ,可 4例 ,差 2例 ,优良率达 62 .5 %。
Elbow-flexing traction therapy was used to treat 16 children with distal humeral epiphysis separation. Results: All cases were clinically cured in 4 weeks; 5 months to 2 years survey found excellent effects in 6 cases, good effects in 4 cases, fair effects in 4 cases and poor effects in 2 cases, with the excellent rate of 62.5%.
