摘要
目的 研究器质性环咽肌压迹与老龄化是否有相关性。方法 采用大体解剖和耻骨联合面形态学改变推算年龄的技术。结果 4 1例标本中 39例咽下部环咽后壁粘膜光滑 ,有两例环咽肌轻度的增厚 ,年龄均大于 6 0岁 ,但界限不清。结论 器质性环咽肌切迹可能是老龄化形态学改变之一。
Objective To study whether a physical cricopharyngeal bar is related to aging.Methods Gross anatomy was used and to calculate age by morphology change of symphysial surface.Results Thirty-nine cadavers had a smooth mucosal surface on the posterior hypopharyngeal and upper esophageal wall. A slightly thichened posterior wall was observed at the cricoid level in two cadavers aged over 60 years old, but its boundary was not clear.Conclusion A physical cricopharyngeal bar does not exist in normal adult cadavers aged below 60 years old, suggesting it may be associated with aging process.
