摘要
本文认为,中国农村市场经济缺位,制约了农村深层次矛盾的解决。中国“三农”问题的出路,关键在于加快发展和谐有序的市场经济,当务之急是必须下决心改革现行农村的经济、政治、行政体制。
The article believes that, the absence of market economy in China's countryside restricts the resolve of deep contradiction in countryside. The key to the outlet of Issue of Countryside, Farmer and Agriculture lies in the accelerating development of harmonic, orderly market economy, the urgent affair is to make firmly decision to reform the current countryside economic, political and administration system
