摘要
分析了热处理及焊接的热过程,从热传导的基本方程及边界条件出发,结合不同工艺过程的特点,提出了用光弹法模拟整体淬火热应力,表面淬火热应力和焊接过程热应力及残余应力的热相似律。
In this paper, the thermal processes in heat—treatment and welding are analyzed. From the basic equation of thermal conductivity, the boundary conditions and the features in different processes, it is proposed to present thermo—similarities by using photoelastic method. Thermal stresses simulated are those resulted from quenching, induction hardening and welding.
