摘要
目的 了解旅客列车乘务员的精神卫生状况。方法 随机选取太原铁路客运段列车乘务员 3 47名为列车乘务员组 ,选用李凌江教授在国内作离婚者对照研究时的对照组评分为常规对照组。采用抑郁自评量表 (Self -RatingDepressionScale ,SDS)和ENRICH量表中的婚姻满意度 (MaritalGratification ,MG)分量表 ,对 2组进行测试。结果 发现抑郁情绪在列车乘务员中占 3 8.3 3 % ,其总标准分均值为 45 .91± 11.90 ,高于国内常模 41.88± 10 .5 7,两者差异有非常显著性 (t =6.3 11,P <0 0 1) ;列车乘务员的MG与常模MG相比较差异非常显著 (t =-2 .760 ,P <0 0 1) ;不同年龄列车乘务员组的MG与常模MG比较 ,年龄大于或等于 3 5岁组差异有显著性 (t =-2 .60 0 ,P <0 0 5 )。结论 由于抑郁情绪的存在将直接影响列车乘务员的生活和健康。
To learn the mental health status of trainmen. 347 trainmen from Taiyuan railroad were randomly selected as the case group; the data from Professor Li lingjing's divorce study was used as the control group. Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Marital Gratification of ENRICH form were applied to test the two groups. The result showed that 38.33% of the trainmen had depressive sentiment; the average total standard value was 45.91±11.90, which was higher than the domestic standard (41.98±10.57), the difference was significant (t=6.311, P<0.01); significant difference was also found between trainmen's MG and the standard MG (t=-2.760, P<0.01); the comparison between trainmen of different age groups and the standard MG indicated significant difference in the group of above 35 years old (t=-2.600,P<0.05). [Conclusion] The depressive sentiment has a direct effect on trainmen's life and health.
