摘要
本文以《机械工业科技情报研究成果评审标准》、《机械工业科技期刊评审标准》为依据,结合成果评审实际,就科技情报成果的定量评价作了全面探讨。文中论述了科技情报成果评价的实质特点,评价时应遵循的原则,提出了科学性与实用性兼顾的“专家模糊评分法”评价模式,并以科技情报研究成果为实例作了详尽的阐述,还对近年来我国科技情报成果定量评价研究的进展作了分析和评论。
This paper makes a comprehensive approach to the quantitative evaluationof S&T information achievements in the practice of its evaluation on the basisof“The evaluation criterion of the research achievements of S&T Informationin mechanical industry”and“The evaluation criterion of the S&T periodicalsin mechanical industry”.The paper describes the crux and characteristics of theevaluation of the S&T information achievements,and the principles which shouldbe followcd in the evaluation,raises the evaluation model of“the specialist'sfuzzy marking method”which combines the science and practice together,and makesa detail description with example of research achicvements of S&T information,and also makes an analysis and review of the advances of the quantitative evaluationand rescarch of the S&T information achievements.
