摘要 胰岛素样生长因子 Ⅰ (IGF Ⅰ )是与胰岛素有相似结构具有细胞分化和增殖功能的多肽 ,主要存在于血液中 ,大部分由肝脏合成。成骨细胞含有丰富的IGF Ⅰ ,参与骨代谢的调节。IGF Ⅰ对成骨细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡等有重要作用 ,IGF Ⅰ在成骨细胞中的表达受性别、年龄、激素及其他细胞因子等诸多因素的影响 ,目前IGF Ⅰ已试验性的用于骨质疏松症的临床治疗。
