摘要
目的 探讨右胸小切口二尖瓣置换术的手术效果。方法 对 36例二尖瓣病变病人实施右胸小切口二尖瓣置换术。结果 全组病例无死亡。右胸切口 7～ 10cm ,平均 (8.2± 1.2 )cm ;体外循环转流 5 0～ 95min ,平均 (6 0 .4± 10 .5 )min ,主动脉阻断 2 5～70min ,平均 (38± 10 .2 )min ;胸液引流量 6 0～ 6 5 0ml,平均 (2 0 3± 10 1)ml。全组病人均康复出院。结论 右胸小切口二尖瓣置换术手术效果好 ,美观而且恢复快。
Objective To explore the clinical results of mitral valve replacement through right minithoracotomy. Method Thirty-six patients with mitral valve disease underwent mitral valve replacement through right minithoracotomy. Results There was no death in all patients. The right incisions were 7-10cm, the average was (8.2±1.2)cm; Cardiopulmonary bypass time were 50-95min, the average was (60.4±10.5)min, aortic clamp time were 25-70min,the average was (38±10.2)min, the thoracic liquids were 60-650ml, the average was (203±101)ml.All patients left hospital healingly. Conclusion The effect of mitral valve replacement through right minithoracotomy was excellent, it produced less scar and patients recovered from illness quickly.
