摘要
介绍了工作在１．３μｍ波长的２×２单模光纤定向耦合器。阐述了耦合器的工作机理、研制工艺、性能测试结果及其基本应用。
In this paper, 2×2 single mode directional couplers working at 1.3μm wavelength are presented. Their mechanisms, fabrication techniques, test and measurement results, as well as their principal applications are described.
