摘要
输电网中长期规划可分解成单阶段的静态决策和多阶段的动态决策两个子问题。本文提出“后向混合整数规划法”求解动态决策问题。其过程是:先形成最终网,然后逐阶段向前推移,在求解各阶段决策时,考虑了前面各阶段潮流的影响,从而得到整个输电网中长期规划的投资方案。计算实例表明了方法的功能和实用性。
Long Range Transmission Planning (LRTP) is composed of two subproblems. the static strategy and dynamic strategy. This paper presents the 'Backward Mixed-Integer programming Method' addressing the latter subproblem. The investment scheme of LRTP can be derived as follows: first to form the final network, then to regress through the final network development stage-by-stage. A positive characteristic of this procedure is that the influences of the power flows in preceding stages are considered when any one stage of the network is being planned. A case study is presented and discussed.
