摘要
石油一厂的FCCU设有2层进料喷嘴,上层为LPC-1型,下层为喉管式,使用中发生了一些值得注意的现象,特别是对汽油RON产生明显的影响。本文对使用中的现象作了技术分析,并对改进提升管及进料喷嘴设计提出了建议。
The FCCU in No.1 Refinery of Fushun Petrochemical Company has in- stalled the feed nozzles in two different levels along the riser, i. e. the LPC-1 type nozzles at a higher level and the throat type nozzles at a lower level. Some phenomena worthwhile to note have occurred during the operation, especially the influence on gasoline RON. These phenomena are analyzed and suggestions for improving the design of the riser and nozzles are put forward.
