摘要 以我厂生产的特制糯米粉代替冰淇淋等冷饮中50%的奶油,50%的奶粉和50%的稳定剂,研制出口感、内在质量均优于市售的冷饮产品,并降低了原料成本,使冷饮厂的经济效益显著提高。 Specially, glutinous rice flower made in our factory is in Place of 50 percent cream,50 Percent Powdered milk and 50 Percent stablizer of cold drink,such as ice cream,ice lolly. These cold drinks that we manufactured with good tasty and highly qualified are much, better than those that is on sale at Present. So the costs of raw materials will be cut down and the economic benefits will be increased remarkably.
