摘要
甘草素是一种很有发展前途的食品添加剂。本文提出利用高效液相色谱测量甘草素的纯度,并探索了适宜的样品处理方法和色谱分析条件。实践证明这种方法能够迅速、准确地确定样品中的甘草酸铵的含量。
Glycyrrhizin is a kind of food additive which has a bright future. Author measured the glycyrrhizin purity using high performance liquid chromatography, probed into the suitable sample treatment and strato-graphic analysis conditions. This method can be used to measured the ammonium glycyrrhetate content speedily and exactly.
