摘要
目的:研究三峡库区社会环境因素对人群健康的潜在影响,探讨这些影响的原因。方法:收集云阳、开县、万州有关资料,并参考大量文献,定性与定量相结合分析。结果:该地区的传染病流行和公共卫生突发事件发生都对人群健康造成了严重威胁,三峡工程的兴建也会通过社会环境因素作用对人群健康产生潜在影响,如与心理健康有关的疾病,由移民和人口流动以及贫困有关的疾病,以及公共卫生突发事件等。结论:我们应该吸取历史上世界各国大型水库的经验教训,对这些问题开展研究,并积极采取预防措施,使社会环境因素对人群健康的影响降到最低。
Objective To research the social determinates on population health in three-gorges dam area and explore its reasons.Methods Collect data related with Yunyang,Kaixian,Wanzhou,reference a great deal of literature,and analyse by qualitive linked with quantitve. Results The construction of three-gorges project not only makes infections disease prevalence change,but also makes some latency social factors produce remarkable influence on population health,for example,the disease given by psychology health,the illness brought by water pollution and population flowing,poverty and commonality sanitation breaking out events,and so on.At present the research on these problems is not yet penetrating in national inside and outside.Conclusion We should extract experience and lesson of world great reservoirs,forecasting these problems in order to reduce the influence of social factors on population health
