摘要
国内生产的铍铜带材均以添加少量Ni为主,而以Co为主的铍铜带材却依赖进口.为开发新型铍铜带材,以ASTMB194—96标准为基础,根据Cu-Be合金相图,同时添加微量Co作为合金元素,通过熔炼、半连续浇铸、轧制、热处理、酸洗和时效等工艺试验,确定了该工艺过程的控制参数及其对铍铜带材性能的影响.实验表明:铍铜合金中加入微量的Co能够起到很好的合金化作用,而且生产的产品力学性能符合ASTMB194—96标准.
Domestic copper-beryllium alloy contains a little amount of nickel as main metal alloy chemical element;but imported copper-beryllium alloy conta ins a little amount of cobalt as main metal alloy chemical element.Therefore,de veloping new copper-beryllium to work well and good craft technique are necessa ry. The paper primarily studied the C17200 which found in the United States with ASTM B194—96 standards.According to phase diagram of Co-Be,adding a little a mount of cobalt as main metal alloy chemical element, after smelting,milling,hea t-treating, acidity-treating and precipitation heat-treated experiment,the co pper-cobalt-beryllium alloy's process and mechanical property and the relation were mastered. Through experiments the process and quantity control point were mastered. The mechanical property conforms to the united states ASTM B194—96 st andards.
