摘要
含铂0.15w％的高铼低铂CB-8催化剂是抚顺石油化工研究院研究开发的目前国内外含铂量最低的新一代工业重整催化剂。1991年开始工业应用,结果表明,平均入口温度495C,芳烃转化率达125w％,运转317天活性损失2C左右,积炭仅5.55w％,完全达到或超过中型试验结果。再生氯化更新后催化剂反应性能完全恢复到新催化剂的水平,表明CB-8催化剂是一种活性、选择性、稳定性、再生性能和机械强度均优的新型重整催化剂。CB-8催化剂因贵金属含量低而售价便宜,效益显著,它的开发应用成功,标志我国催化重整技术达到一个新水平。
The CB-8 catalyst is a new generation commercial reforming catalyst. Its Pt content is only 0.15wt%, the lowest among the same type catalysts commercially available both in China and abroad. The results of commercial application of CB-8 catalyst showed that the aromatics conversion reached 125wt% at WAIT 495C and the loss in activity was equivalent to 2C with only 5.55wt% of coke deposition after 317 days in operation. The re- activity performance of CB-8 catalyst can be readily restored by regeneration and rejuvenation in the presence of chlorine compound. CB-8 reforming catalyst, owing to its low Pt content, is rather low in cost, thus its application will bring appreciable save to refineries.
