摘要
本文介绍了一种适用于炼油厂,对汽油或轻质组分的饱和蒸气压进行连续监测的防爆型在线分析仪表ZXZ-1。经多年的现场运行实践证明,该分析仪各项技术性能指标均达到并超过了当前国内外同类仪表的水平,通过了中国石化总公司技术鉴定。该仪器对保证汽油产品的质量,提高轻质油收率均有重要意义。
This article describes an explosion-proof saturated vapor pressure on-line analyzer,type ZXZ-Ⅰ, which is suitable for use in refineries to continuously monitor the va- por pressure of gasoline or other light fractions. Several years of field application has verified that the performance of this analyzer has reached or exceeded the technical level of the same kind analyzers available both in China and abroad. It has passed the technical appraisal of SINOPEC and is important for refineries to assure the quality of their gasoline product and to increase the yield of light fractions.
