摘要
在实验室用常规浸渍法并增加适当处理步骤制备了Ga/Zn/Pt/HZSM-5催化剂,在实验室微型连续流动式固定床反应器中用4种原料进行了试验。试验表明,它对正己烷具有良好的芳构化活性和稳定性,反应4h的芳烃收率为52.08w%,单程反应151h的平均芳烃收率为50.36w%。油田轻烃在该催化剂上单程反应240h的平均芳烃收率为47.95w%,累计运转1044h活性无明显下降。重整抽余油和热裂化汽油也是用这种催化剂进行芳构化的好原料。
A new Ga/Zn/Pt/HZSM-5 catalyst has been prepared based on the conven- tional impregnation method with certain proper treatments. Laboratory test results have showed that this catalyst has good aromatization activity and stability in hexane-to-aromatics conversion. The aromatics yield from n-hexane is 52.08w% after 4 hours reaction and the average aromatics yield of a 151-hour run is 50.36w%. With oilfield light hydrocarbons as feedstock the average aromaics yield of a 240-hour run is 47.95w% and the activity shows no obvious decay after an accumulated reaction time of 1044 hours. Catalytic reforming raffi- nate and thermal cracking naphtha are also good feedstocks for aromatization with Ga/Zn/ Pt/HZSM-5 catalyst.
