摘要
本文根据双金属重整催化剂工业生产实践,讨论了载体焙烧、浸渍、母液循环回用及“灰球”现象等有关技术问题;总结了制备技术的经验,考察了实验室载体焙烧的条件、工业炉型及焙烧气氛对载体性能的影响。在实验室中考察了载体对活性组分的吸附性能、浸渍液浓度、pH值液固比、浸渍时间、竞争吸附剂、干燥过程中溶质的迁移等因素的影响。循环多次的母液制备的催化剂,其金属上量均达到用新鲜浸渍液制备催化剂的水平。赶酸后小球管式活化全部经220℃,2h预处理,然后再活化,基本上可解决“灰球”问题。
This paper, based on the commercial production practice of bimetallic reforming cata- lysts, has discussed the technical problems relating to support calcining, impregnation,mother liquor re- cycling and'grey sphere'phenomenon;summarized the production experiences;and investigated the ef- fects of calcining conditions,type of furnace and calcining atmosphere on the performance of support. The effects of absorption property of support to active components, impregnant concentration, pH val- ue,solid/liquid ratio,impregnation time, competing adsorbant and the transport of solute during drying have been studied in the laboratory. The metal loading of the catalyst produced with consecutive recy- ching of mother liquor has reached the level similar to the catalyst produced with fresh impregnant. The 'grey sphere'phenomenon can be basically eliminated by tubular activating, pretreating at 220℃ for 2 hours and reactivating the catalyst after driving out the acid.
