低界面张力体系在筛板萃取塔中传质特性的研究

摘要 本研究采用低界面张力的正丁醇-丁二酸-水体系,在筛板孔径为7×10^(-3)m的大孔筛板萃取塔中,研究了两相流体力学和液滴分散特性以及相间传质特性。试验结果表明,低界面张力体系在大孔径筛板塔中所形成的液滴大部分为摆动液滴,液滴与连续相间的传质特性符合单个摆动液滴的传质规律,因此,可以从单个摆动液滴的传质模型出发来预测筛板塔的Murphree板效率。从而为环丁砜芳烃萃取分离中筛板塔的优化设计提供了参考依据。 Mass transfer experiments were carried out in a 0.04m diameter sieve tray extrac- tion column for the design and analysis of sulfolane aromatics extraction process. The system studied was n-butanol-succinic acid-water system with low interfacial tension, succinic acid being extracted from the continuous organic phase to the dispersed water phase. Murphree stage efficiencies were evalu- ated from the concentration of both phase in and out column. It showed that the mass transfer efficien- cy can be predicted by the single oscillating drop mass transfer mechanism.
