摘要
在Pd-HZSM-5催化剂上对丙酮一步法合成甲基异丁基酮的反应进行了研究。考察了ZSM-5分子筛载体的焙烧温度和表面酸性对丙酮一步法合成甲基异丁基酮反应性能的影响,并应用“原位”红外试验方法,考察了丙酮和氢在Pd-HZSM-5催化剂表面转化为甲基异丁基酮的过程,发现丙酮在分子筛表面缩合、脱水和加氢,并且迅速脱附。分子筛表面质子酸中心在反应过程中起了重要作用。
In this paper, the one-step synthesis of methyl isobutyl ketone from acetone and hydrogen using palladium-zeolite Pd-HZSM-5 as catalyst was studied. The effect of the calcination temperature of the catalytic supporter and the surface acidity of the catalyst on the reaction was investigated, and the reaction mechanism of the direct conversion of acetone and hydrogen on Pd-HZSM-5 catalyst surface was explored by applying 'in-situ' infrared method. It is found that acetone is condensated, dehydrated and hydrogenated, and rapidly desorbed on the zeolite surface. The Bronsted acid centres on the catalyst surface play an important role in the reaction.
