摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗先兆流产及习惯性流产的临床效果。方法将149例随机分为中西医结合治疗组(110例,用中西医结合方法治疗)与西医治疗组(39例,单用西医方法治疗)。观察两组病例治疗临床疗效。结果中西医结合治疗组总有效率81.7%,西医治疗组总有效率20.5%,中西医结合治疗组治愈率明显高于西医治疗组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗先兆流产及习惯性流产有良好作用,其疗效明显高于单纯西医治疗方法。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine(ITWM) in treating threatened abortion and habitual abortion(TAHA).Methods:149 cases of TAHA were divided into 2 groups at random:the ITWM group(110 cases,by ITWM),and the western medicine(WM)group(39 cases,by WM).The clinical therapeutic effect of the 2 groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the ITWM group was 81.7%,and the WM group was 20.5%.The total effective rate of the ITWM group were higher than the WM groups,the difference was significant(P<0 01).Conclusion:ITWM has good effect in treating TAHA,its therapeutic effective rate is higher than the WM group's significantly.
