摘要
针对专科升为本科院校的实际情况 ,做好转化工作 ,必须转变教育思想 ,形成创新机制 ,注重科学研究 ,加大人才引进、培养的力度 ,才能保持特色和提高水平。
Based on actual case from college to institute, we do well changing work , it is needed to change education idea form creative system , lay stress on science research and enlarge strength of training and introducing the intelligence , so that we can maintain charactrastic and improve levd of education .
