摘要
本文对L型细菌的诱导、培养、返祖及临床应用方面进行研究,并用自制的L型细菌培养基(883培养基)在66份血、尿标本及51例前列腺液标本中培养出L型细菌分别为29.4％,30.7％及52.9％,与Kagan氏、857、863培养基对比效果基本相同。
In-chis paper, the authors studies the induction, cultivation, reversion and clinical applying of L-type bacteria and cultivated this kind of bacteria in the blood; urine and liquid of prostata with culture made by ourselves 66 blood and urine samples and 51 samples of liquid of prostata were tested, the positive rario were respectively 29. 4%, 30.7% and 52. 9%. In comparison with Kogan's culture, 857 and 863 culture, the effect was similar.
