摘要
本文对PAR-CPC光度法测定锌制剂含量方法进行研究。本法简便、快速、线性范围宽、结果准确、干扰小。锌量在0~26μg/25ml范围内符合比耳定律。回收率为100.1±0.20%(P=95%)。药物制剂中常见金属离子不干扰,可不加掩蔽剂直接测定。本法测定结果同中国药典法比较,经F,t检验无显著差异。本文利用均匀设计选取了最佳实验条件,结果满意。
A colorimetric method for quantitative determination of zincic preparations is described. This method has such advantages as simplicity, rapidity, accuracy little interference and wide linear range. Eeer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~26μg/25ml for Zn^(2+). The recovery is 100±0.20% (P=95%). No significant difference exists between the results from the method presented here and the method of Chinese Pharmacopeia.
