一阶导数分光光度法测定脑清片的含量 被引量:1

摘要 脑清片含有氨基比林和咖啡因两种有效成分。本文采用一阶导数光谱法,选取267nm和256nm处的谷、峰吸收度同时测定氨基比林和咖啡因的含量。在咖啡因高、中、低三个浓度下,测得氨基比林平均回收率为100.4±0.46%,99.2±0.65%和100.2±0.55%;在氨基比林高、中、低三个浓度下,测得咖啡因平均回收率为100.8±1.10%,100.6±0.54%和109.1±0.95%。本法简便、快速,结果令人满意。 A first order derivative spectrophotometric method has been developed for the quantitative determination of amidopyrine and caffeine in Naoqing Tablet. The mean recoveries of amidopyrine in high, middle and low concentrations of caffeine were 100.4±0.46%, 99.2±0.65% and 100.2±0.55% respectively. The mean recoveries of caffeine in high, middle and low concentration of amidopyrine were 100.8±1.10%, 100.6±0.54% and 100.1± 0.95% respectively. This method gives satisfactory results.
