摘要
利用埃尔利希(Ehrlich)反应分析剩余IAA的方法研究了ABA、GA_3、渗透势和压力势对苹果砧木叶片中IAA氧化酶活性的影响,试验表明,GA_3可显著抑制IAA氧化酶活性,而ABA可显著提高IAA氧化酶活性,渗透势和压力势对IAA氧化酶的活性也有一定的调控作用,只有渗透势和压力势在最适时IAA氧化酶活性才最低,当渗透势和压力势过高或过低时,都会提高IAA氧化酶活性。
The effects of ABA, GA_3, osmotic potential and pressure potential on the IAA-oxidase activity in the leaves of apple stocks were studied by means of analysing IAA remains in Ehrlich reaction. The results showed that GA_3 could obviously check the IAA-oxidase activity, while ABA promote or increase it; the osmotic potential and pressure potential also had some regulating effect on it. Only the optimum osmotic and pressure potentials kept the lowest IAA-oxidase activity and when the potential were too low, the IAA-oxidase activity increased.
