摘要
本文根据实验室和现场试验,论述了改善球团质量对防止直接还原回转窑结窑的置要性,并提出了铁精矿粒度组成、成球水分、焙烧温度和气氛性质等最优工艺参数。
Based on the results from laboratory and field tests, the importance of improvement in Panzhihua pellets quality to the ringing prevention in the coal--based DR kiln was discussed. Some process parameters such as size distrubution of iron ore concentrates, moisture of green bails, ball size, firing temperature and kiln atmosphere etc. were proposed.
