摘要
文中分析了褐铁矿球团焙烧特性和改善褐铁矿球团焙烧性能的途径。研究表明:白云石型褐铁矿球团能较大地改善球团矿的强度和还原性。在焙烧温度为1250℃时,抗压强度超过2000N/φ12.5;孔隙率大于21%;全铁品位大于56%;还原率大于74%。采用扫描电子显微镜研究白云石型褐铁矿球团固结机理表明:CaO和Fe_2O_3反应形成熔点稍大于1200℃的低熔点化合物,并形成液相促进球团焙烧固结;MgO则通过和Fe_2O_3形成有限固溶体和破坏Fe_2O_3晶体结构促进球团焙烧固结。
The induration characteristics of limonite pellets were analyzed and some ways to improve the pellet properties were proposed. Laboratory test results shown that with addition of dolomite,the strength and reducibility of limonlte pellets could be improved significantly: after roasting at 1250℃, the compressive strength,porosity, TFe content and reducibility of pellets exceeded 2000N/P. φ12. 5,21%,56%and 74%, respectively. The induration mechanisms obtained through scanning elecron microscope analysis were as follows: during roasting, CaO reacted with Fe_2O_3 and compounds with lower(somewhat higher than 1200℃)fusion point and some molten phase formed that has promoted the induration process, whereas MgO formed limited solid solution with Fe_2O_3 and destructed Fe_2O_3 crystal, thus promoting pellet induration.
