摘要
宝钢2号烧结机采用川崎式烧嘴点火炉,点火效果不甚理想。本文通过对宝钢1、2号烧结机点火现状进行分析和对比,提出了改善点火质量,降低能耗的一些措施。
The line burner type igniter was adopted in Bao steel No. 2 sinter plant but its ignition efficieney is not satisfactory. Through analysing and comparing the ignition performance at both No.1 and No.2 sinter plants of Baoshan I& S complex, some countermeasures for lowering the ignition energy consumption and improving the ignition efficiency were presented.
