摘要
本文报道29例三尖瓣病变施行瓣膜替换术,应用牛心包瓣膜16只,猪瓣膜13只。病因有21例为三尖瓣下移畸形,7例为先天性三尖瓣关闭不全,1例为外伤性三尖瓣关闭不全。手术早期死亡5例(17％),晚期死亡2例。本文重点讨论三尖瓣病理改变、手术方法和人工瓣膜选择。
From November 1979 to February 1993, tricuspid valve replacement with bioprathetie valve was done in 29 patients with isolated tricuspid insufficiency. Among them, there were 21 cases of Ebstein's Anomaly, 7 cases of congenital and one case of tricuspid incompentence. The bioprothetic valves were bovine valves in 16 and pork valves in 13. There were 5 early postoperative deaths and 2 late postoperative (follow-up) deaths
