摘要
为了更好地设计某种橡胶缓振垫以满足应用要求,用MSC.Marc软件对此种橡胶缓振垫力学性能的尺寸效应进行了数值分析.计算表明:斜肋宽度及水平夹角的增加会使橡胶缓振垫有更大的承重能力,但减振性能变弱;斜肋水平夹角的增加与反力极值增加并不成线性,而是随着斜肋水平夹角的增加,反力极值增加得更快,即橡胶缓振垫承重能力增加得更快.
To design a better rubber buffer, MSC. Marc software is adopted to analyze size effect on mechanical behavior of the rubber buffer. The results reveal that if the width or angle of slanting rib is increased, the rubber buffer can bear heavier load and reduce less vibration. But while angle of rubber buffer increases, the increase of maximal react force is not linear to the increase of rubber buffer's angle. As angle of rubber buffer increased, the maximal react force increases, that is, the ability to bear load increases dramatically.
