摘要
介绍了炸药装药发射安全性模拟试验方法的研究概况 ,论述了膛压冲击试验装置和落锤冲击试验装置的设计原理、结构特点和试验方法 .试验结果表明 ,膛压冲击试验装置能够模拟火炮膛压变化过程 ,炸药装药的受力过程接近发射实际情况 ;落锤冲击试验装置能够近似模拟膛压曲线 ,但其曲线的重复性好 .2种模拟试验装置各有特点 ,都能模拟膛内发射的主要力学过程 .
The chamber-pressure impact device and the drop-hammer impact device used for simulating the explosive's launching security are discussed. The results show that the chamber-pressure impact device is capable of simulating the chamber-pressure curve, and the explosive's mechanical process close to the practice. The drop-hammer impact device can approximately simulate the chamber-pressure curve, and the curve's repeatability is good. Two devices are both capable of simulating the main mechanical process of inner chamber. Different simulating device can be chosen according to the requirement.
