摘要
采用文献资料、专家访谈法,在分析江苏省女子足球运动现状的基础上,揭示存在的问题:缺乏政策扶持,教练员水平偏低,开展地区单一,赛练结合效果差等。运用"体制保证,以人为本,科技支撑和协调发展"的可持续发展战略思想,提出近期与远期目标、竞技与社会目标以及发展对策。
Using the methods of literature and interviews to experts, and based on the analysis of the present situation of women's football in Jiangsu province, the present paper has revealed the existing issues, such as lack of support of policy, a bit low level of coaches, singularity of the regions developing women's football and poor effect of combining competitions with training and so on. It has set forward the short-term and long-term objectives, competitive and social targets and countermeasures for development in accordance with the strategic thought of sustainable development, the contents of which include systematic guarantee, taking human being as the dominant factor, support by science and technique and coordinative development.
