摘要
首先简要介绍了第三方物流在中国发展的一个典型实例——一汽大众的备件供应体系以及它所使用的库存管理信息系统。然后根据新疆地区地域和经济发展的特殊性,选择适当的库存管理方法,最后构造了计量方法与库存管理信息系统相结合的库存模型。
In accordance with the characteristics of Xinjiang region and economic development, the paper chooses a suitable inventory control method and establishes an inventory model which combines measuring methods with inventory control information system.
