菠菜染色体核型分析表明:父本(2号)、母本(12号)及杂交种(联合1号)的核型公式分别为2n=2x=2sm+8st+2t、2n=2x=4sm+4st+4t和2n=2x=2sm+6st+4t。杂交种在核型与品质性状上同父本相似。
The results of the analyses of karyotypes show that the karyotypie formula of father variety(No. 2), mother variety (No. 12) and hybrid(Lian he No.1) are 2n=2x=2sm+8st+2t, 2n=2x=4sm+4st+4t and 2n=2x=2sm+6st+4t respectively. The hybrid is similar with father variety on the karyotype and qualitative character, and some related problems were to be discussed.
