摘要
十六大以来,对中等收入阶层的关注成为理论界的热点问题之一。如何从我国改革开放的现代化进程来审视中等收入阶层的崛起和壮大,尤其在全面建设小康社会的新世纪,如何发挥这一群体的作用和影响力,理应引起整个社会的重视。
Since the Party's 16~th Congress,the concern about the average wage earners has become one of the heated questions in the theoretic field.How to look at the appearance and growth of this class in the drive for modernization of reform and opening-up,especially when we are building the well-off society in the new century,how to give play to the role and the influence power of this class,all these should cause the whole social attention.
