摘要
小学教师可持续发展能力是小学教师重要的发展性能力。我们通过调查总结出了小学教师可持续发展能力的基本构成要素及其作用以及小学教师对它们的态度,并对相关的教师教育问题提出了改进建议。
Elementary school teachers' sustainable development ability is the importance expanding ability for them. We summarized the basic elements of it and its functions and the attitude of the elementary school teachers through investigating. In the end we gave some improving suggestions to the relative teacher education.
